Smoked turkey breast with gravy, honey-butter glazed ham, ribeye roast, cornbread stuffing and pumpkin pie, prepared by Chef Terry Matthews, Food Network competitor and the BBQ Daddy. If you're looking for a traditional holiday spread — turkey, ham, stuffing, casseroles and pie — this is the menu to use. Our everyday Wood-Fired BBQ and Steakhouse Experience menus are separate. Three steps and you'll have a detailed quote back, usually within 4 hours Monday through Friday.

How far in advance should we book holiday catering?
As early as you can. Thanksgiving and the first three weekends of December fill first, and we cap the number of events we take per day to protect quality. Submit the holiday form and we'll confirm your date right away.
How is the food delivered or served in Phoenix Metro?
Phoenix Metro clients can pick up free from our Avondale kitchen at 308 N. Central Ave., have it delivered ($20–$50), or add full-service buffet, carving station, family style or plated service.
How fast will I get my holiday quote back?
Within 4 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend submissions are answered the next business morning. Final pricing reflects state tax and a 10% gratuity.
