What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the name, email, phone number, event details, and any message you send. That's it. We don't use third-party trackers to build a marketing profile on you.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry, send a proposal, and coordinate your event. We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't share it with anyone outside our team unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Booked-client records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to texting on our quote request form, we send you a short confirmation text and one follow-up text about your quote. Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of booking or purchasing anything from us. Message frequency is limited to those follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out of text messages
Reply STOP to any text and we will stop immediately and cancel any queued messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Eat@QfireCatering.com or (480) 637-4479. You can also ask us to remove your number by email at any time.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use a licensed messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your inquiry data at any time by emailing Eat@QfireCatering.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
