Most Vista weddings we cater happen on private property rather than a hotel ballroom — grove estates off E Vista Way, hillside homes above Shadowridge, ranch parcels toward Bonsall. That means we're building the whole kitchen from nothing: live-fire grills, hot-holding, prep tables, power plan, service flow, and a full breakdown that leaves the property the way we found it. We walk the site before the date so the fire line, the bar and the dance floor aren't fighting each other.
Vista books bigger than its neighbors — 150 to 400 guests for quinceañeras, family reunions, church gatherings, graduation parties and company picnics. Our Wood-Fired BBQ menus scale cleanly at that count: brisket, tri-tip and ribs off the fire in waves so the last table gets the same plate as the first, with buffet lines built two-sided to move 300 people in under 25 minutes.
The manufacturing and brewery corridor along Business Park Drive and Sycamore Avenue runs on drop-off lunches, all-hands cookouts and holiday parties. We handle both ends: a fast tray-and-chafer drop for a 40-person lunch, or full-service onsite grilling with uniformed staff for an anniversary event in the lot. COIs go straight to your facilities manager.
Vista's evening weather is why our Steakhouse Experience sells here. Ribeye and filet cooked to order on open fire, carving station under string lights, plated or family style. It's the closest thing to a downtown steakhouse dinner you can stage on your own lawn — and it's the menu most Vista couples pick for a reception dinner.

Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event.
