Coronado weddings live or die on staging. There's one bridge, limited parking, permit windows on the sand and neighbors two feet away in the Village. We schedule load-in early, keep the fire line compact and quiet, and break down clean inside the permitted hours — so your coordinator never has to manage us.
We cater retirements, change-of-command receptions, hail-and-farewells and squadron functions around North Island. That means base access paperwork submitted ahead, uniformed service staff, precise timing for the ceremony block, and COIs delivered before anyone asks. Formality first, then the food gets to be fun.
Coronado guest counts skew smaller and more particular than North County. Our live-fire Steakhouse Experience — ribeye and filet cooked to order, carving station, plated or family-style service — fits a 40-guest bayfront dinner as naturally as a 200-guest reception.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event.
