A downtown rooftop is a kitchen with no kitchen. We scout the freight elevator, the dock window, the fire-code restrictions on open flame, and the building's cutoff time — then build a service plan that fits inside all four. Where live fire isn't permitted on the deck, we cook off site or at grade and finish upstairs so the food still arrives off the grill, not out of a box.
Conference breakouts, investor dinners, office all-hands, holiday parties and client events downtown all live and die on punctuality. We hit the delivery window, set discreetly, feed 40 or 400 without disrupting the agenda, and clear out clean. Invoicing, W-9s and COIs are handled without your office manager chasing us.
Downtown couples usually want something more elevated than a buffet line. Our live-fire Steakhouse Experience — ribeye, filet, a carving station and plated or family-style service — turns a bare loft or rooftop into a full restaurant experience without hiring a venue caterer you didn't choose.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event.
