Pacific Beach weddings often happen where parking is tight and the kitchen is small. We build a compact service plan, bring the equipment we need, and keep the cooking and buffet out of the way of photos, guests and the view.
A beach event changes fast. We stage wind screens, covered holding and grill placement around the day's forecast, then time hot food to the actual ceremony or speech — not the original schedule.
PB can be barefoot and still eat beautifully. Wood-fired tri-tip, seafood, steakhouse sides and bright salads fit the setting without turning the party into a generic beach BBQ.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event. Seriously, he brought his own grill! When Chef Terry says, 'We bring the steakhouse to you,' you better believe him. Every New York Strip, chicken, and salmon was grilled perfectly to temperature.
