Almost nobody comes to Pinetop for a single dinner. The bookings we take here usually cover a Friday welcome cookout, a Saturday reception, and a Sunday morning send-off — one crew, one site plan, one price. It's cheaper than hiring three vendors and far easier on a family already hosting out-of-town guests.
Mountain properties mean limited power, long driveways, uneven ground and afternoon weather that can turn. We plan for all of it: our own hot-holding and fire equipment, covered service positions, and a timeline with slack built in so a rain cell doesn't wreck dinner service.
Multi-family reunions and company retreats are the other half of our White Mountains work. Live-fire BBQ for the casual night, a plated or family-style steakhouse dinner for the closing evening, and breakfast or lunch service in between if the group is staying on property.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event.
