A Prescott ranch wedding is one of the few settings where the kitchen can be part of the show. We site the grill line where guests pass it on the way to the bar, cook the proteins to order, and serve family style or plated depending on the formality. Nothing gets trucked in finished and reheated.
Because most Prescott weddings pull guests up from the Valley or in from out of state, the weekend usually needs more than one meal. Welcome cookout Friday, reception Saturday, brunch Sunday — planned together, one crew, one proposal.
Leadership retreats, board dinners and client weekends book the Steakhouse Experience: ribeye and filet over live fire, a chef working in view, and a service team that lets the organizer be present. Smaller private dinners of 20 to 60 guests are common here and work plated.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event.
