The Buckeye weddings we cater usually happen on family land or in a neighborhood venue with a big outdoor footprint. We treat that as a build: fire line placement, prep and hot-holding, service flow across uneven ground, lighting-aware buffet positioning, and a breakdown crew that clears everything before the night is over.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event.
