A lot of what Surprise books happens in a community clubhouse: 50th anniversaries, club dinners, holiday galas and fundraisers. Those rooms rarely have a usable kitchen, which suits us — we cook outside on our own equipment and run the room with a full front-of-house team, so the hall gets restaurant-quality food without a restaurant kitchen.
Surprise couples frequently host relatives flying in for the week, which turns one wedding into three meals: a welcome cookout, the reception, and a Sunday send-off. We can price those together and reuse the same site plan and crew, which keeps the total down and the planning simple.
Municipal departments, schools, healthcare offices and the employers along Bell Road book us for staff appreciation lunches, training days and end-of-year parties. Tray-and-chafer drops for a fast lunch; live grills and servers when the event needs to feel like an occasion. COIs go out ahead of time.

"We had BBQ Daddy for an 85 person wedding shower that was a nice event. Terry BBQ'd tenderloin, rib eye steaks, and salmon along with 2 cold and 2 hot appys (the bacon wrapped scallops were to die for). It was really a great event. Seriously, he brought his own grill! When Chef Terry says, 'We bring the steakhouse to you,' you better believe him. Every New York Strip, chicken, and salmon was grilled perfectly to temperature.
