Qfire Service Areas — The Complete Guide

Everything worth knowing, for Phoenix Metro & San Diego County.

Qfire operates two fully staffed regional kitchens: Phoenix Metro (Arizona) and San Diego County (California). Same chef. Same standards. Same level of service. Two separate teams, two separate proposals, two real local price books.

Phoenix covers the full Valley — Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and outlying venues. San Diego covers the coast and inland — La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, and the surrounding wine country. Travel beyond core metro is quoted transparently inside your proposal.

What's Included

Your proposal, line by line.

No hidden fees, no surprise gratuities, no upsells the day of. Every Qfire proposal is itemized so you know exactly what your investment buys.

  • Local team based in your region
  • Region-specific pricing
  • Approved-vendor relationships with premium venues
  • Local rental and bar coordination
  • Permit and insurance handling per municipality
  • Travel logistics for outlying venues
Planning Tips From Chef Terry

What experienced hosts get right.

After 2,500+ events, these are the calls that consistently separate an unforgettable evening from a stressful one.

01

Tell us the venue early

We likely already know the kitchen, the load-in, and the timing rules.

02

Ask about outlying venues

Sedona, Prescott, Temecula, Julian — we cater there often. Travel is quoted clearly.

03

Cross-region events are possible

We've coordinated multi-city activations and roadshow tours across both regions.

The Booking Process

From first inquiry to final plate.

A simple, transparent path designed to remove guesswork. Most clients book in under 10 days.

  1. 1

    Pick a region

Phoenix or San Diego — your inquiry routes to that team.

  2. 2

    Region-specific proposal

Local pricing, local logistics, local team.

  3. 3

    Region-specific service

Executed by the team that lives and works there.

What To Expect

Before, during, and after your event.

Before
  • Quote from your regional team
  • Local venue knowledge applied to logistics
During
  • Local team on-site, not flown in
After
  • Local pickup, local cleanup, local follow-up
Why Qfire

What actually makes us different.

A short list of things our clients tell us they couldn't find anywhere else.

Two real operations

Not one team driving 6 hours. Two separate full kitchens.

One chef, both regions

Chef Terry sets the standard across both. Same plates in both states.

Region-true pricing

Phoenix and San Diego have different cost bases. We quote each region honestly.

Booked With Confidence

The reassurance most caterers won't put in writing.

Itemized, all-in pricing

Every proposal lists food, service, rentals, travel, and gratuity separately. No surprise fees. No day-of upsells. The number you sign is the number you pay.

Licensed, insured, food-safe

Fully licensed and insured with ServSafe-certified leadership. Most premium venues already have us on their approved-vendor list.

Date held with a fair deposit

Your date is reserved with a transparent date-charge applied directly to your final invoice — not a sunk fee.

Menu stays flexible until 15 days out

Refine your menu, swap proteins, and adjust guest count as your plans evolve. The contract holds the date, not the menu.

Chef Terry personally designs every menu

You aren't handed off to a junior coordinator. The chef who appears on Food Network reads your inquiry and builds your proposal.

On-time setup, every event

We arrive early, set with calm precision, and finish service on schedule. Our reviews on Google and The Knot reflect it.

More Questions, Answered

Do you cater outside core metro?

+

Do you have approved-vendor status at my venue?
